About ASG Structural Diagnostic
ASG Structural Diagnostic is a web-based prototype developed by Ascend Strategy Group to help business owners and organizational leaders examine structural conditions that may interfere with performance, execution, scalability, and sustainability.
The experience organizes assessment and follow-up around five dimensions: Alignment, Allocation, Governance, Control, and Endurance. It separates structural responses from reported business outcomes so ASG can study relationships responsibly over time.
The current prototype uses simple normalized averages for dimension scores. It does not contain a proprietary maturity model, predictive algorithm, hidden weighting, or validated diagnostic instrument. Findings are intended to support advisor-led analysis and leadership discussion.
